Welcome to Unified Minds

Together We Are Stronger

What we do at Unified Minds

Here at Unified Minds we believe that everyone should have an equal chance to turn their life around if they fall on hard times, or suffer from certain underlying mental health conditions which impede them from being seen as a suitable candidate when it comes to employment.

At Unified Minds we aim to give people a chance to make something of themselves whether it be a stepping stone into something better, or a way to help them no longer rely on certain benefits such as PIP, JSA etc.

Sometimes when we see no way out of the darkness and we feel there is nowhere to turn, we can start to think the worst.

Our goal is to allow people who suffer from issues such as anxiety and depression to be in total control of their working live through self employment. We offer opportunities to work as much as 7 days a week if they feel up to it, or as little as 1 to 2 days a week if they are struggling. How much a person can earn is completely up to them as we offer a commission based rate of pay, with a zero retainer selling our wristbands.

This is a similar structure to the Big Issue and how they help the homeless, but we will be helping people who struggle with several mental health conditions earn an honest living. On top of that, Unified Minds have made sizeable donations to the UK’s leading Mental Health Charity MIND from money raised from our sales. Currently profits we make are invested back into the organisation on things such as training and employing workers, replenishing stock, travel expenses for our employees and raising awareness for mental health issues.

If you have already purchased one or more of our wristbands from one of our street vendors, then we want to say thank you! Thank you for helping us to help them. Because together we can beat the stigma which surrounds mental health and give people who suffer an equal chance.
